Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. In case of the product being defective we will demand photo/video proof of the issue before any returns will be handled

Starting a Return To start a return, contact us at jhntomyk@hotmail.com If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to send your package back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method.

Exceptions Opened or used clothes cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, unless the item is defective.
